MOVE: “Mobility Oriented to Volunteering and Empowerment”
Aims to promote mobility and transnational volunteering as non-traditional form of emancipation and learning, aimed in particular at young people with fewer opportunities will be directly or indirectly involved, in order to obtain a better knowledge of the active role that they can play in the communities of origin, and more generally in society, for a transition to adulthood and the responsibilities that this entails, more harmonious and conscious.

MOVE intends, with the help of the whole partnership...
- The support of intercultural, intergenerational and intersubjective volunteering paths, for unconventional learning of specific knowledge and skills and growth as active individuals
- To contribute to the promotion of solidarity, critical thinking and social inclusion of disadvantaged people, developing multi-purpose capacity in relations with them
- Giving a tangible sign of the importance of these actions, involving national and international stakeholders, so that there is a greater listening to the needs of youth, towards the development of a more inclusive and cohesive society.
- Giving continuity to the experience of EVS hospitality in the RO who is coming to an end, that led to the realization of the objectives referred in particular in terms of learning and satisfaction from the volunteers involved, also in terms of concrete possibilities for their future, as well as in terms of modernization and new input for RO.
MOVE consists of 5 EVS in hospitality at Casa Santa Chiara, Municipality of Anzola dell' Emilia, Center Montanari, YouNet, City of Budrio, all organizations working in the Bologna metropolitan area.
At Centro Montanari volunteers will be in contact with an intergenerational and multicultural context. Work together for the realization of different activities for elder and disadvantaged young people for whom are already in place common projects even with the neighborhood and other organizations / associations.

Volunteering with YouNet will deepen European issues, intercultural and inclusion through the implementation of thematic activities with different target groups. Volunteers are also in contact with different realities that collaborate with YouNet and this will have a more complete picture of the network of relationships built over the years by YouNet.
